CATERING EN-SUITE ACCOMMODATION IN ZONE 1) is a centrally
located, modern, purpose-built hostel within a 12 minute walk of Angel
underground station, close to Clerkenwell, with its many shops, bars,
restaurants, shopping centres and cinemas. It offers 110 well-appointed
single rooms, all with en-suite facilities (WC, basin and shower cubicle)
and 5 self-contained studios. All rooms have their own telephone and
Internet access and there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining
area for every 10 rooms. There is a coin- operated laundry, vending machines
and 24-hour caretaker and security system with CCTV. |

Linens are provided but students are
responsible for their own laundry and cleaning of their rooms and bathrooms.
Weekly cleaning of rooms is available for a supplementary charge of £10.00
per week (to be paid direct to the residence by the student). |

This residence was opened in 1996 and is located within 6 minutes walk of
King's Cross Underground and Thameslink stations. It caters for over 500
students. Attractively designed around a central courtyard on a split- level
site, the hall provides spacious en-suite accommodation with 24 hour
security/reception staff, CCTV cameras on site, swipe card door control
system, large courtyard garden, TV Lounge & vending machines, coin operated
launderette & indoor bike shed. All flats have a locked front door, a
kitchen with 2 cookers, 2 fridges, 2 sinks & a freezer in each kitchen with
cooking equipment
provided. Rooms are
cleaned and linens changed weekly.

(HALF BOARD BASIS IN ZONE 1)
is centrally located, within 6 minutes walking distance of Oxford Street and
Marble Arch Underground Station (which is 1 stop to Bond Street Station
and 2 stops to Oxford Circus Station). The accommodation comprises 156
single rooms and 21 twin bedded rooms. All rooms have washbasins, are
centrally heated and have telephone and computer points. The hall
has two common rooms, equipped with televisions and videos, a bar, music
room and a small private garden.
Rooms are cleaned and linens
changed weekly.

Students are advised to bring bath towels, as towels provided at residences
are very small. |

RESIDENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS |

Minimum stay is two weeks.

Cancellations received less than two weeks prior
to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of two weeks plus booking
fee.

All stays must begin and end on Saturdays and
Sundays. Part weeks are not available.

There is no refund
for stays which are cut short for any reason.

Students are advised to take out insurance to cover them in case of
unavoidable cancellation or curtailment (subject to the terms and
conditions of the insurance policy).
