Do I need to register with the police?
Once you
arrive in the United Kingdom, you may have to register with the police. If you
need to register, this requirement will be stamped in your passport. You must
register within seven days of arriving in the United Kingdom. To register, you
will need your passport, two passport-size photographs of yourself and £35.
Once you have registered with the police you will be issued with a Registration
Certificate. You should inform the police if you change your address while you
are in the UK:
