not furnished and
fully equipped , you may pay

council tax, water,
telephone, internet, electricity ,TV and gas,
but this option gives you more freedom.

a flat to rent can be found in the local
newspapers,
estate agents,
newsagents, web sites,
or local shops. Finding a flat for short-term rental
is difficult. You will be required to pay a large deposit
(one - three month’s rent in advance) and two to three months to be held. And/or
you may be required to sign a contract for a minimum of three months.
