A flat or studio flat is one of the most
expensive options.
You can have your own room,
kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is not usually fully equipped, some flats
are
not furnished and
fully equipped, you may pay
the costs for council tax, water,
telephone, internet, electricity, TV and gas,
but this option gives you more freedom.
Advertisements for
a flat to rent can be found in the local
newspapers,
estate agents,
newsagents, websites,
or local shops. Finding a flat for short-term rental
is difficult. You will be required to pay a large deposit
(one - three month’s rent in advance) and two to three months to be held. And/or
you may be required to sign a contract for a minimum of three months.
