London Empire Academy's Refund Policy for Visa Students

Tier 4 General Student Applications

There is a non-refundable £120 Registration and CAS Administration Fee, and a £60 Accommodation Finding Fee (if you require accommodation).

Once a Certificate of Admission for Studies (CAS) has been issued by the Academy, the course fee is non-refundable if the application is withdrawn or the visa is refused under any of the clauses of Paragraph 320 of the UK's immigration rules.

If you are refused entry upon arrival to the UK, your course fee will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued if the London Empire Academy is misled by any potential students during the application process.

If your Tier 4 General Student Visa application is refused for any other than the above mentioned reasons, London Empire Academy will refund the course fee on receipt of the original visa refusal letter, less the £120 Registration and CAS Administration Fee and the £60 accommodation finding fee (if you asked us to arrange accommodation).

Information about Paragraph 320 can be found on the UKBA Website here

Student Visitor Visa Applications

There is a non-refundable £100 Registration and Visa Administration Fee, and a £60 Accommodation Finding Fee (if you require accommodation).

If you apply for a Student Visitor Visa and you then withdraw your application, or your application is refused by the UKBA because you do not conform to Paragraph 56K of the UK's immigration rules, your course fee will not be refunded.

Information about Paragraph 56K can be found on the UKBA Website here

If your Student Visitor Visa application is refused for any other reason, London Empire Academy will refund the course fee on receipt of the original visa refusal letter, less the £100 Registration and visa Administration Fee and the £60 accommodation finding fee (if you asked us to arrange accommodation).
